Running history:

Started running at Primary School and did Athletics and Cross Country till
matric running at SA Champs for both. Lost interest in running for a while
due to overzealous coach but back into racing again and loving it. Training
hard now for my goals below.

Current Goal: sub 90 half-marathon and first marathon
Long-term Goal: Probably Two Oceans and Comrades some day.
